2000

Proargos Services de Gestion Integrale Inmobiliere, SARL, is founded in Morocco. Growth begins in the Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Lebanon... Another turnkey project is carried out in the Czech Republic.

2002/2004

Comprehensive Real Estate Management Services are provided for Spanish, French and Moroccan investors in Morocco, while activities in Peru begin with the foundation of LV Salamanca Ingenieros Perú.

2005

The group increases its presence in Morocco with new projects in Marrakesh and Tangier and continues its international expansion in the Middle East. Another turnkey project is finished in Chile.

2006

The Group carries out commercial developments in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Egypt.

2007

Engineering projects are commissioned in Libya and Bulgaria.
